WARRANTY RETURNS MUST INCLUDE A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL
For all US dealers, customers should send warranty items directly to TCS after filling out a customer warranty. Non-US dealers can return items to TCS using the Non-US Dealer Warranty.
For US-dealer customers, please use tcsdcc.com/product-page/warranty for all warranties from customers. Simply copy the link and have them send us their TCS decoders for warranty.
For non-US dealers, please use this service.
